Lewis Wade passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 91.

Lewis started in 1969 in the Lunar and Earth Sciences-Mapping Sciences/TH3. He retired in 1996 while working in the Space and Life Sciences Directorate/SM2.

Jack Humphreys passed away on October 4, 2023 at the age of 91.

Jack retired March 31, 1998 after a 36 year career at JSC.  He received awards for engineering work on Apollo, Skylab, Safer-Rescue, Space Shuttle and Robotics.

On Friday, December 29, 2023, at 10:00 AM, a US Flag will be flown over the MCC in honor of Jack’s years of JSC service.  

Robert Trevino age 75, passed away on Saturday, Sept 30, 2023, in Houston Texas. He worked for 50 years at JSC as an Aeronautical Engineer.

Marion passed on Sept 11, 2023 at the age of 87. He worked at JSC as a Project Engineer working on the Mercury, Apollo, Shuttle, and Space Station missions until he retired after a 36 years in 2002.

Richard passed away on September 8, 2023 at the age of 80. He retired from NASA after a 33-year career in the Engineering Directorate at MSC/JSC.

John passed away on September 2, 2023 at the age of 85. He spent 30 years of his NASA career in the MCC.

Doug passed away on Saturday August 26, 2023. He was a 33 year NASA/JSC employee working as a Civil Engineer in the Center Operations Directorate. 

Dick passed away on August 21, 2023 at the age of 88. He retired from NASA after a 31-year career that began at Langley in 1959 and at MSC/JSC beginning in 1962.

Karol 'Bo' Bobko died on August 17, 2023 at the age of 85.

He was the only NASA astronaut to fly on the first launch of two space shuttle orbiters.
