Callum Hardy is a postgraduate student at King’s College London. Under his program of World History and Cultures, he specializes in the field of human spaceflight history, with a focus on the Apollo program and the safety culture behind it. This discussion will explore the causes of the Apollo 1 fire, including the impact of confidentiality and secrecy leading to breaches of safety during the Apollo program.
