Space historian Andrew Chaikin will talk about his work for NASA on the human elements of success and failure in spaceflight projects, focusing on the Apollo and Space Shuttle programs. Chaikin is best known as the author of “A Man on the Moon: The Voyages of the Apollo Astronauts," which formed the basis for the 12-part HBO miniseries, From the Earth to the Moon.
